I have over 8 years of experience across four states in classroom administration, research, building relationships, professional development, and curriculum planning. I can design, implement, and assess educational and training content based on the goals of an organization and its alignment with the 4 levels of training and evaluation.   • Developed a pre-learning assessment using Google survey and performance task and administered it to 17 participants to baseline understanding, identify knowledge gaps, and inform learning content development. Improved the post-learning mastery rate from 28% to 64% (+36%).

  • Collaborated with the social studies department to design learning content for a new course - lessons, pedagogical strategies, and assessments.

  • Devised learning experiences reflecting learner readiness, cultural and language diversity, and neurodiversity.
